“Congress demonstrated an admirable bipartisan commitment to patients by including Medicare’s incentive for value-based care in the omnibus package at 3.5%. This vital incentive will help physicians continue to build on the significant progress the United States is making to improve patients’ health and experience, support a healthcare system driven by good clinical outcomes, and reduce the cost of healthcare.
